2025 Disability Awareness Convention

My installation at this event offers a chance to step into a creative space where sensory experiences and artistic expression blend, providing insight into the varied paths our minds travel.

What to expect:

• Lost & Found Meditation: Immersive Experience:

  • Lost & Found Meditation, a walking meditation labyrinth that transforms into a maze—a nod to the ADHD experience where focus can unexpectedly shift.

  • In the maze’s dead ends, explore soft sculptures paired with paintings created by clients of Pathways to Independence.

  • Touch-friendly, handheld versions of the artwork for guests who are sensory seeking or have vision concerns.

  • A silent disco experience with headphones featuring the original score "Get Lost & Find Yourself," composed with help from Matt Clemetsen, a St. Louis musician.

  • Silencing earmuffs available for those who need them.

• Art for Sale:

  • Explore and purchase unique pieces during the event.
