Impulsive Indulgences // Experiential, Conceptual Art Exhibit by Martha Valenta
WHERE: I Need That Art Gallery - 7735 Clayton Road - www.INeedThatArt.com
DETAILS: A multi-sensory journey into the heart of the ADHD experience. Each piece vibrates with playful yet pointed commentary on focus, chaos, and the search for balance. Valenta’s work blurs the line between art and life, allowing visitors to not just view but feel the emotional and mental textures of ADHD. Through tactile engagement and unexpected turns, the show challenges the boundaries of traditional art, creating a space where disorder and indulgence collide with empathy.
WHERE: Saint Louis Art Museum [Sculpture Hall] - One Fine Arts Drive
DETAILS: https://www.slam.org/event/adhd-awareness-immersive-installation/
This one-day-only immersive, walking meditation labyrinth which morphs into a maze, because ADHD folks have trouble meditating, features hyperfocus areas created by clients of Pathways to Independence.
